Time for a brand new challenge over at Totally Tilda.
The theme this fortnight is Tilda by the Sea-side.
Golly gosh, my teamies have made some super cards.
Anyway, we cant wait to see what you create, please make sure you link back to our challenge blog in your post when you enter or your entry will not be included in the prize draw also please remember to link your entry using Linkz with a direct link to your project not just your blog.
This will make it a lot easier for the Design Team to find you and leave a lovely comment for you. Please remember we love to visit your blogs to see your creations but lots of you still have your word verification switched on and this is slowing us down so we would like to ask you to help us by switching it off (if you are worried about unwanted comments use comment moderation so you see your comments before they are published)
We are sorry but if you have word verification switched on we might not be able to leave you a comment (and we love leaving you comments) ...we will still come and look at your entry so you will be included in the draw and have a chance to be in the top 3 though.
We are sponsored by Sir Stampalot.
Prizes up for the winners are ~ Sally the Monkey and Running Tilda.
For my card I used Magnolia's Water Lily Tilda and Ocean Background. It took me a long time to get the masking and back-ground to look right. Three attempts later - perfect. I placed tape over the water lilies that are around Tilda, inked the image, peeled off the tape and stamped. She's been coloured with Pro-markers.
The flowers are a mixture of Wild Orchid Crafts and flowers I purchased from Hobby-Craft.
The star fish and shells are from Hobby-Craft too.
Papers are NEW ARRIVAL - Forever Friends - LUSH!
Magnolia DooHickey Cutting Die - Bloomy Tag.
Gems - Wild Orchid Crafts.
Sentiment - Docrafts - Papermania - Lucy Cromwell.
Small Butterfly Punch - Tonic Studio.
So come on Girls and Boys - let's see what you all come up with. We had a wonderful selection of creations from the last challenge. Can't wait to see your Sea-side cards.
Now I'm going to share with you, some pictures from my youngest Daughter's Prom night.
Megan most certainly had a ball and looked stunning ( Megan's in the lovely green dress ). When I walked in her friends house and saw all the girls dressed up - I just couldnt control the tears. Where, oh where as the time gone? It seems like only yesterday, they were are in Nursery school together and now they are young women.
Some leaving school to work, other's carrying on to 6th form and College.
They are all look amazingly beautiful.
How proud my baby as made me ( gosh, tears are flowing again ). I love her so much.
That's it from me today. Sunday roast to cook and washing to do. My middle Daughter Chloe came back from her holidays yesterday with a mountian of washing.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
